This year, the Imagining America Undergraduate Fellows program brings together engaged undergraduate students at the Imagining America national conference. The selected students all are interested and active in public scholarship within humanities, arts, and design, and have a leadership role on their home campus or in the community during the school year. The students discuss, reflect on, and are a part of a larger undergraduate group at the conference that explores how to integrate public engagement into their lives after college.
- Meet and network with other undergraduates interested in public humanities, arts, and design
- Attend conference sessions related to their individual interests, as well as sessions specifically developed for the them
- Participate in local site visits, learn about civic engagement in comparative contexts, and meet leaders within the nonprofit and campus communities
