Casey Mach

Member Engagement Intern

Casey Mach is a 4th year student at the University of California, Davis pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Managerial Economics, with a minor in Technology Management. While focusing on her academics, she is actively involved in an Asian interest sorority, Alpha Kappa Delta Phi. Since her first-year, she has gained a wide variety of leadership experiences by taking on multiple executive positions, such as Secretary, Vice President, and President.

Given the leadership and recruiting roles Casey undertook, she aspires to become a Technical Recruiter or an HR Business Partner for a high-tech company. During the summer of 2020, Casey worked as an HR Intern for KW Commercial, where she partnered with other HR interns to recruit quality candidates and evaluate the business’ current operations to enhance operational efficiency. The following summer, she interned with Western Digital as an HR Delivery Intern, in which she collaborated with various stakeholders to develop and refine business processes. Today, Casey interns with the UC Davis Student Affairs department as a Workforce Development Intern, as well as a Member Engagement Intern with Imagining America, providing administrative support.

In her free time, Casey enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and traveling with her friends and family. She loves to try new food places and photograph her adventures.
