University of Cincinnati to host IA’s 25th Anniversary National Gathering

The Imagining America 25th Anniversary National Gathering to be held in Cincinnati, OH in partnership with the University of Cincinnati.
 
CINCINNATI, O.H. – Imagining America: Artists and Scholars in Public Life and the University of Cincinnati are pleased to announce that Imagining America’s 25^th Anniversary National Gathering will be held October 2025 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The two partners will work with local institutions and leaders in organizing this national conference.

The Imagining America (IA) National Gathering is an annual convening of public scholars, artists, students, designers, and cultural organizers who are addressing the nation’s most critical issues. The event offers participants a three-day immersive experience in which to connect, dialogue, learn, and strategize around the ways in which the arts, humanities, and design build public knowledge and collective imagination towards transformative action. Organizers expect more than 600 individuals to attend this year’s gathering.

IA is eager to launch its 25^th anniversary National Gathering in Cincinnati, Ohio, a city of many crossroads and great cultural and historical significance.
