Registration is your ticket to three immersive days of full participation in the 2026 IA National Gathering, “Tides of Transition: Restoring Collective Spirit in Troubled Times” in Davis, California from Friday October 23 – Sunday October 25, 2026.

Registration includes:

1. Access to all programming: Concurrent Sessions, Opening and Closing Plenaries, Creative Activities, Friday Reception, Access and transportation to Community-hosted Site Visits on Saturday
2. Complimentary meals and coffee/tea service
3. Refreshments and appetizers at Friday Reception
4. IA lanyard with printed program
5. Select transportation support

As a member benefit, faculty and staff at IA Member Institutions can access reduced registration rates and each IA Member Institution receives one free registration. If your institution is not a member, contact IA at connect@imaginingamerica.org.

Please select the registration type that best matches your professional and financial situation. Being honest in this selection allows us to subsidize reduced rates for students, community members, and independent creatives and organizers.

Registration Discounts AND ADD-ONS

• IA Member Discount and One Free Registration (members only)
As a benefit of IA membership, each member institution is entitled to discounted registration rates, as well as one free registration. The decision about how to use this one free registration is left to the discretion of the member campus liaisons who receive the promo code. You can find a list of all IA member institutions here. • Team Discount – Buy 4, Get 1 Free (members only)
Team discounts encourage the participation of institutional and campus-community teams. Teams receive one free registration for every four individuals registered from the same institution. This discount is valid for IA members only. To receive the fifth free registration (applied to the lowest rate), please follow the directions here.

• Early Bird Discount
Available through Friday, August 14, 2026.

• Sponsor a Community Member
Each gift of sponsorship ($150) supports one three-day registration for a community member. IA aims to render its annual gathering more accessible to a wider range of individuals. Thank you!
