Peace. Imagination. What carries me. It starts in my heart.

At first, I found this experience a bit challenging – looking more at the surface in responding to the questions. But as I started creating and digging deeper, I realized that it is my heart that guides me and it is out of my heart that comes peace and out of my heart that comes imagination and it is my heart that carries me.

A picture of a collage. There is a big red heard in the middle of tan paper. Cut out images of paper airplanes are glued on top. Cut out text that reads "imagine a future you can practice in the present" is also pasted on top. Cut outs of clouds with questions are glued around the paper. The questions read, "what carries you?", "what practices help you imagine", and "what is your place of peace? How do you get there?". Hand written responses to the questions are written near each cloud.
