Sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 Imagining America National Gathering are designed to help promote and advance your organization’s priorities while deepening engagement with the IA National Gathering theme. Sponsorship Packages

Reception Sponsor* ($6,000 – $10,000)

We welcome your contribution to sponsor the annual IA National Gathering Opening Reception. This joyful evening event celebrates gathering participants, organizing partners, and IA student fellows. Your organization will be added to the speaking program with our host partners and honored guests and recognized in IA opening remarks.

Presenting Sponsor* ($5,000)

Your contribution as Presenting Sponsor ensures a dedicated 60-minute concurrent session to feature your organization’s work, which aligns with the IA National Gathering theme and contributes to the creative and intellectual work of the IA network.

* Reception and Presenting Sponsors receive:
two free conference registrations,
full-page ad in the print program,
logo and acknowledgement in the welcome letter of the print program,

Community Site Visit Sponsor ($3,000)

Your contribution benefits a community organization in the Sacramento-Yolo bioregion to design and host a mutually-beneficial learning exchange with a select group of IA National Gathering participants. These funds support community organizations in developing workshops or creative experiences that feature their groups’ mission and goals while engaging, networking, and exchanging ideas with IA national network members in higher education and beyond. Your organization’s name and logo will be recognized in on-site signage, alongside site visit information within the print program, and in general and site visit-specific emails from IA.

Plenary Session Sponsor ($3,000)

Your contribution supports the opening or closing plenary session that brings together all participants to address the central theme of the IA National Gathering. Your organization’s name and logo will be recognized in on-site signage, alongside plenary information within the print program, and in general and plenary-specific emails from IA.

Community Registration Fund Sponsor ($1000+)

Your contribution supports a registration fund for regional creative workers, students, artists, cultural organizers, and community members to attend the IA National Gathering. This fund is issued as free registration waivers to attend all activities (including meals and site visits) across three days of the IA National Gathering. This is an ideal opportunity to fund community groups, students, educators, artists, and organizational teams to have a meaningful experience at the gathering. Your organization’s name and logo will be recognized in the print program and on the IA website.
