Cristopher Ruiz Martinez

Digital Marketing and Event Support Intern

Cristopher is a third-year International Relations and Communication double major at UC Davis. He has served as a research assistant to professors in the Department of Communication, analyzing media habits and political polarization and at the UC Davis School of Law for the initiative “Compassion in Immigration.” Additionally, Cristopher currently volunteers with Paper Airplanes as an ESL tutor for refugees and other conflict-affected individuals. He is most proud of being a first-generation college student and plans to pursue a career in the US Foreign Service, strengthening our diplomatic ties abroad.

Inspired by IA action research findings, the Public Scholar Conversation Cards and Organizing Culture Change Imagination Guide are pedagogic tools to inspire reflection and action.
